Hi there!

I have checked on Dell the differente laptop configurations they sell running Ubuntu, and these are far away of the configuration (hardware I mean) of that standing on Windows.

I'd like to know wheather Ubuntu support a much better hardware configuration... for example

Blue ray
Couple of quad processors (not a laptop... yet)
Nvidia card of 1GB
8 GB RAM... high frequency
i7 processor
7.1 Sound card
